Order data exporting
Important! Only merchants whose warehouse is located in Estonia can export orders to the Itella self-service portal.
You can ship packages to Estonia SmartPost lockers and Posti lockers in Finland (previously called Itella) or Posti post offices in Finland.
Go to your store admin and open the Parcely app under “Apps”. Click on Shipping Service tab and move to Itella or Posti section. Here you can enable and disable order export.
The username and Password are the same that you are using to log in to https://eservice.smartpost.ee/ self-service portal. If you don’t have keys yet then contact ariklient@smartpost.ee.
You can use the same Username and Password for Itella SmartPost and Posti.
Printing shipping labels
After order exporting has been set up you can print all Itella Smartpost pick-up point shipping labels from the Parcely app Orders view.
If for some reason the order is not automatically exported, then click on the "Export Order" button and order data will be sent to Itella Smartpost. In a few seconds, you will see that the label printing button will switch to green and you can print the label by clicking on it.
Tracking code
The tracking code is saved to your store order only if you are fulfilling orders through the Parcely app Orders view. Parcely will save the tracking code itself and Itella Smartpost tracking URL to the order and also include it in your store order confirmation email. If you would choose to Fulfill orders in Shopify order management, then you would need to copy and paste the tracking code and URL manually.
